Yes, we will bring hand trucks, moving blankets, ratchet straps, basic set of hand tools along with other various pieces of moving equipment. One item commonly asked about that we do not carry would be stretch or shrink wrap, so if you'd like that used, please supply it. Also we do not supply moving blankets or ratchet straps on load only's being we wouldnt be on the unload side to retrieve them back.

We currently only accept cash as a form of payment. In the past we have accepted card and check and due to, too many charge backs on card and bounced checks, we only accept cash at this current moment.

No there is no refund on unused hours. This leaves the door open for people to wildly overbook to ensure there job gets finished, then we come in expecting a full days work and my guys end up with a half days pay and now there short on making ends meet, this allows me to pay them for the full job amount regardless of when they get done. This also makes it so were unable to book other jobs during the hours you booked for, causing loss of money for everyone. For these reasons we always charge the amount of hours you requested to book.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on our schedule the day of your move, we typically book a job say for 2 hours, then set up another job say 3 hours out from your original start time, to include time for travel. How long we can stay after your time is up depends on a few things. How flexible the next customer is and if they're ok with pushing there appointment out, or if we don't have any jobs to go to after yours. For this reason its always wise to book a little more then you need to ensure we can finish. We will always try to be as flexible as possible for you!
